I hope this is a good way to shed the weight!! well its day two.  I am trying to set a small goal of keeping this up just til the end of July.. that way I do not feel overwhelmed with the reminder of the 40 lbs I want to lose!! grrrrrr <img src='http://michelle227.sweat365.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> well here is to a  new me.. the old fashion way.. workingout and eating right!
