what to place a workout dvd under so I guessed:) So I have that out of the way and now off for my 3.5 mile jog!! 12 more days to go.. do you think 23days of truly working out hard and keeping a diet , that I will see some results?!

I am doing a 20 minworkout video with jullian Michaels.. ( the trainer from Biggest Loser) when I wake up, then I will jog for like 45 min.. I hope this is a good way to shed the weight!! well its day two. I am trying to set a small goal of keeping this up just til the end of July.. that way I do not feel overwhelmed with the reminder of the 40 lbs I want to lose!! grrrrrr
well here is to a new me.. the old fashion way.. workingout and eating right!
