HELP NEED HELP WITH LINGO!!!

Warm up 15 minutes, dynamic stretching and drills. 3 X 600 meters @ 10K goal pace with 2 minute easy jog between. 2 X 200 meters at a slightly quicker pace. Cool down 15 minutes. wHAT DOES THIS MEAN?? :) 3×600..ETC..??? IM SO LOST:(

ok so it has been 6 days of working out and eating right, well on sat it was a friends b day so I had a few too many drinks, but other than that I have been a trooper. Anywho.. I step on the scale .. and NOTHING!!!!! no a pound lost!!! I am so fustrated!!!! but I guess I have to try harder??? Does anyone have any pointers?????

what to place a workout dvd under so I guessed:)  So I have that out of the way and now off for my 3.5 mile jog!! 12 more days to go.. do you think 23days of truly working out hard and keeping a diet , that I will see some results?!

biggest loser

I am doing a 20 minworkout video with jullian Michaels.. ( the trainer from Biggest Loser) when I wake up, then I will jog for like 45 min.. I hope this is a good way to shed the weight!! well its day two.  I am trying to set a small goal of keeping this up just til the end of July.. that way I do not feel overwhelmed with the reminder of the 40 lbs I want to lose!! grrrrrr :) well here is to a  new me.. the old fashion way.. workingout and eating right!
